Finished size: 13″ x 42″ Natural Belgian Linen with the leaves hand stencilled in Leaf green. Stem Stitch hand embroidery in golden brown forms the stem lines, outlines the leaves and the hemline, and Satin Stitch in burnt-orange for the buds.
The design is adapted from a ginkgo design for curtains offered by Gustav Stickley’s Craftsman Workshops, the epitome of the Arts & Crafts movement.
