Belgian Linen., 15″ x 90″. Our variation of a design originally offered by Gustav Stickley’s Craftsman Workshops, ca. 1904, inspired by “details of plant-live liable to be overlooked save by the microscopic eye of the artist.”
The larger squares are hand stencilled in olive and the remainder of the design is worked in hand embroidery in satin stitch, stem stitch and a few French knots
